I began my studies at Curtin University before transferring to the University of Tasmania to complete my Bachelor of Nursing. After finishing my graduate program at Sir Charles Gairdner Hospital, I moved to a joint intensive and coronary care unit. I then took a brief break from nursing to complete a Graduate Diploma of Primary Education, while continuing to work across multiple metro sites as an agency nurse.
In 2014, I moved to the Pilbara and started working at Hedland Health Campus across various wards. In 2022, I relocated to Karratha, where I currently work as both a clinical facilitator for WACRH and a nurse in the emergency department of Karratha Health Campus.
I have three school-aged children, one fish, and many plants. As a family, we love camping, boating, snorkeling, and hiking. I believe in being an active part of the community and volunteer my time with the Pilbara Trailblazers, a community-led running group. I also have a passion for trail activities and joined the Karratha Mountain Bike Club as a beginner rider, participating in both social and competitive rides.
