The WA Centre for Rural Health teamed up with SOLVEHD to host some amazing events in Geraldton and Carnarvon to raise awareness and improve outcomes for people with heart disease.
In Geraldton, our incredible staff and rural health placement students provided free blood pressure checks, strength testing, and health education at the Sunshine Festival.
At the Carnarvon Seniors Centre, participants enjoyed taking part in health screenings, asking insightful questions about their health, and spending time with nursing student Mitchel and physiotherapy student Katie.
