Fraser is a registered Occupational Therapist and has worked as a clinician and in senior management since 1986 for Commonwealth, state and not-for-profit agencies providing services for people with disabilities in rural areas of Western Australia. Throughout his career he has been a keen advocate for people with disabilities and a founder of various not-for-profit groups providing services for people with disabilities including: Geraldton Community Day Centre, Geraldton Personnel Inc, G-Force Contracting and Midwest Men’s Health.
